Allied Hispanic provides a connection to the constantly evolving U.S. Hispanic market on a local, regional and national level via a team of experienced bilingual marketing specialists with deep knowledge of the diverse Hispanic market through publicity, promotions, grassroots/experiential marketing, events, and online/social media partnerships.   Overall Role and Responsibilities Having advanced knowledge of social media strategies and staying on top of the latest social media updates and trends in order to utilize them for the best results possible  Pitching and securing targeted posts by highly-ranking influencers and tastemakers through all platforms including Vine, Twitter, Instagram , SnapChat , Facebook and Blog. Establishing a network of bloggers nationwide and creative an organic strategy to integrate them in our campaigns Leveraging knowledge of social analytics to optimize posts on an ongoing basis Coordinating Blogger Activities: Events (Twitter Parties, Facebook Chats) Activations including screening hosting/premieres Being the main liaison between Allied Hispanic and its digital division, 87AM Assisting the management of Allied Hispanic Social Media Platforms Maintaining a comprehensive database of influencers and tastemakers (entertainment, lifestyle, gaming, environment, sports, etc.) Assisting the team with screenings , premieres, junkets and special events Assisting the team with creative digital brainstorming ideas for pitches   Requirements: 1-2 years of experience working with social media Must have excellent spoken and written communications skills in English AND Spanish In-depth understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat , Instagram , etc., from a brand perspective. An idea-ready brain, with the ability to quickly generate and execute creative strategic social media campaigns Familiarity with Facebook & Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics and ability to use information from these platforms to measure social media successes. Well-organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Intimate knowledge of Hispanic market preferred Self-starter and fast learner Previous entertainment experience is a plus
