In this role your major responsibilities will be to assess and prioritize risks, plan, execute and report on all types of audits for business groups supporting the entertainment industry.   This position will participate in key projects and support operational management with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 SOX compliance. 3+ years of experience in either public accounting or industry Demonstrates thorough technical skills regarding applicable accounting and reporting standards in researching, completing and reviewing audit areaas, working experience designing engagement procedures based on risk, materiality and discussions with the engagement team Demonstrates some knowledge in one or more of the following entertainment and media industries: Filmed Entertainment and Motion Pictures, TV production, TV Broadcasting, Cable and Satellite Distribution, Recorded Music, Publishing, Internet Media, Video Games, Theme Parks, Amusement Parks Experience with the evaluation of IT general controls is preferred Team player with strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment Confidence interacting with executives at all levels Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required Prior experience with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Annual domestic and international travel approximately 35% CPA exam must be passed
