Responsibilities\: Supervise and foster a leadership relationshipwith the Digital Servicing Specialists team Foster and maintain a proactive projectmanagement relationship with clients Serve as the point person between the DigitalServicing team and Management Establish trustingrelationships and clear lines of communication with co-workers Provide top quality service to clients duringevery stage of their work Expertly proficient in file-based, digital supplychain workflows Fill in for DigitalServicing Specialists during vacations, other leaves and in general wherenecessary Provide clear, concise Xytech work orders withaccurate, detailed information for processing, tracking and billing Ensure that information provided by the DigitalServicing team to the technical staff is both accurate and timely Assist the Billing team with closing out andbilling work orders and jobs using Xytech Other duties as needed or requested

Qualifications\: Supervisory experience required College degree preferred Must have at least 4-5 years of experience inPost Production Expertly proficient in file-based, digitalsupply chain workflows Knowledge of various video & audio tape/fileformats and standards Computer skills required\: Windows, Outlook,Excel, Word and SharePoint Knowledge of Xytech scheduling program ispreferred Excellent verbal and written communicationskills Must be able to organize, prioritize andschedule work effectively Must be able to work efficiently under timeconstraints Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment Must be able to work independently Must be able to work flexible hours, includingovertime, if and when necessary
