In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for filing support in the Fox Group Business & Legal Affairs department. Your duties will include picking up mail and documents, printing e-mails, scanning documents, sorting documents, filing documents, scanning and shelving folders, and delivering and retrieving files and boxes as requested by Central Files users and staff. Duties may include performing e-mail dispatch of incoming requests, coding legal documents according to the implemented systems, and providing support to the Corporate Records department as needed. You will additionally be responsible for entering data into the Accutrac database system, and/or potential new database systems and handling other duties as assigned.

20th Century Fox Film is one of the world's largest producers and distributors of motion pictures. 20th Century Fox Film produces, acquires and distributes motion pictures throughout the world. These motion pictures are produced or acquired by the following units of 20th Century Fox Film: Twentieth Century Fox, Fox 2000 Pictures, Fox Searchlight Pictures, Fox International Productions, and Twentieth Century Fox Animation.

Qualified candidates should have 1-3 years of general office experience in a professional environment, or the equivalent. General typing and computer skills to input data accurately, as well as an understanding of electronic databases and digital storage systems. You must be able to lift up to 25lb file boxes. Familiarity with Word, Outlook and other e-mail systems, database management software preferred. Library, filing, legal or information management experience preferred.

Additional skills needed include a "can do" attitude and a willingness to perform all necessary tasks. Must be a self starter and seek to constantly improve systems and tasks as assigned. Must be detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
