Fox Digital Studio seeks a Digital Sales Assistant to support the Branded Entertainment team. This individual will assist with all administrative tasks including sales planning, organizing materials, competitive reports, managing schedules, expense reports, handling general office tasks as well as special projects as needed. He/she will support the VP, Branded Entertainment in New York as well as the Sales and Production Executives in the Los Angeles and Toronto offices.  This position will be located at 1211 Avenue of the Americas NY, NY.   The ideal candidate will be efficient, highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize. Experience building digital media plans is a strong plus. Strong communication skills, quantitative and analytical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are required. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and have a passion for digital video distributed through Netflix, YouTube, Crackle and video-centric media publishers. A minimum of 1 year of experience at a digital media company/agency is ideal.
