We are a creative production agency developing and delivering commercial, short-form documentary, music video, television, and feature film properties. We seek a personable yet hungry, highly motivated, highly organized individual to begin with us part-time managing the relationship and business development needs of our agency. We provide targets, leads, training and scripts. You develop the relationships with prospects and convert them to clients by sharing our story and our body of work. Consistent, reliable, and responsible communication is key. Our client base consists of organizations with great stories to tell, primarily disrupter start-ups making a difference in the world, and established organizations seeking to shift or enhance their messaging. We also serve studios and networks in the development and delivery of quality scripted content. You must have competency accessing high-level decision makers and the ability to compellingly convey our service offerings to fulfill their needs. You and an account manager will work together to assess initial and long-term needs and a program for delivery for clients you sign with us. The position begins part-time, commission only and builds into full-time with salary + commission + performance bonuses for the right candidate.
