The Christian Broadcasting Network ( CBN ) is seeking an experienced Animatic Editor to join its creative team producing the 3D animated TV series, Superbook .   This individual will work closely with the Directors, Producers and other production staff to complete the final animatic on scheduled deadlines.  We’re looking for candidates with a passion for CBN’s mission, who have strong storytelling skills and excellent story pacing – particularly in human drama!  The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: At least 3 years of professional animatic / previz editing experience Full knowledge and proficiency in Apple’s Final Cut Pro and Adobe’s products Thorough understanding of animation timing, dramatic storytelling and pacing Strong pre-visualization skills Live-action credits a plus Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills Proven ability to multitask within a deadline-driven environment and be productive under pressure with extreme attention to detail Strong ability to take direction with excellent follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems quickly and creatively Strong ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team Applicant may be asked to do an in-house assessment to demonstrate abilities CBN is a global ministry with programming on the air in 136 countries translated into 42 languages and home to over 1000 employees who contribute their skills and talents in a variety of industry-specific roles.
