The EVA™ Job Assessment Profile is a customized job compatibility and career preference report which helps highlight and guide your career choices in the areas of Work Environment, Work Values and Work Attitude. You are able to upload up to 5 MB of content for your creative portfolio, as part of Premium Membership. We believe it is a good amount of space to upload your resume, some video and or art work if applicable, and represent your creative and technical skills to clients. We recommend you also include a link to your web site if you have one, where interested recruiters can review more of your work.
You can edit your online application and resume very easily. First, login to greenlightjobs with your username and password. When you login, you will be on the Personal Information page of your application. You can edit any of the information in Steps 1 – 5 by going to the appropriate field and making the change. If you need to edit your resume or any work uploaded on your Portfolio (Step 6), you will have to delete the resume or clip that is already there and upload your new file. Once you complete your online application, upload your portfolio and complete your EVA™ Job Assessment, you will receive an online follow-up questionnaire which will prepare you for an interview with one of our Team greenlightjobs recruiters. Our recruiters will help answer any questions you might have and review your online application, review and critique your online portfolio and give you career counseling and guidance, preparing you for your next job interview.
Yes. greenlightjobs matching technology allows you to match to the job for which you are most qualified. You only have to match on one skill set in order for your online application to be viewed by a Employer client. However, if you are serious about presenting the true range of your qualifications when you match, you may want to consider upgrading to a Premium Membership, allowing you to take advantage of the many additional member benefits. Premium Membership allows you to really showcase yourself effectively to Employers.

The best way to match to a job that's right for you is to include all of your qualifications during the registration process. If you see a job listing on Spotlightjobs.com that's perfect for you, you can do one of two things. First, update your online application by logging into your candidate profile. Make sure you consider including your resume or online portfolio so that the recruiter who is searching the candidate database can get as much information about you as possible. Next, click "I'm perfect for this job." next to the job listing.
Employer clients actually subscribe to use the service much like you do. Employers have many job posting choices and they choose greenlightjobs for the "high touch" we provide in pre-screening and reviewing our candidates, including the ability to view applicants' creative work and their EVA™ Job Assessment -- a huge selling point to our Employer clients.
Employer clients, recruiters, hiring managers and greenlightjobs interviewers have authorized and secured access to your information once you are registered with greenlightjobs.
Your portfolio should include a variety of your work including your best stills, creative shots, an updated resume, and video reel if applicable. If your compressed files exceed 5 mgs of data, consider including a link to your website or another web link that will allow the Employer to have access to your work. Remember, it's best to include as much information as possible within the 5mgs and not make the recruiter "look" to find out more.
