Human Resources, formerly as Senior Vice President of Human
Resources for E! Entertainment Networks, E! Online and the style
network. Kaye is a “creative leader with strong organizational skills
and strategic vision.” Known in the industry for having a "proven track
record," Kaye is a "team player" with a "fearless" approach to hand-
ling business issues within organizations. Prior to her position with
E!, Kaye was the National Human Resources Director for Ticket-
master, Inc. and has held human resource management positions at
Lifetime Cable Television and ABC Television Networks in New York.
Fun Fact: Lisa sang in the Children’s Chorus at the Metropolitan
Opera and loves to write children’s stories.

Ross Gile, VP, Technology, greenlightjobs, As the number one
technology guru, Gile is in charge of the company’s website tech-
nology enhancements, new development and web-based business
operations. Gile is one of the key web development architects and

Susan Fabio-Hinnen, Director, Client Development, greenlightjobs.
Fabio-Hinnen, is the primary business and client development contact
servicing new and existing client accounts from the Employer side of
the business. Prior to joining Team greenlightjobs, Fabio-Hinnen has
served in operations, human resources and business development
roles for entertainment and software development companies, includ-
ing, E! Networks, Quark and Spelling Entertainment.

Christine Kent, Candidate Services Consultant, greenlightjobs.. Kent
joins Team greenlightjobs helping to pre-screen, consult and interview
applicants who are interested in the site’s Premium Services Kent
assists applicants with the recruitment and on-boarding process to
ensure a smooth transition and acts as career advisor and offers
guidance to candidates seeking this level of service. Previously,Kent
has worked in and around the entertainment industry for over a
decade. Running the gamut from marketing to production, Christine
has held positions at Turner Broadcasting, Weber Shandwick World-
wide, and Mattel, Inc.

Kecia Brown, Manager, Client Services, greenlightjobs. . Brown
joined the Team and works with applicants and employers and assists
with client development services requests and follow-up. Brown pre-
screens, consults and interviews applicants who are interested in the
site’s Premium Services. Brown assists applicants with the recruit-
ment process to ensure a smooth transition and acts as career
advisor and offers guidance to candidates seeking this level of service.
Brown also works for the Art Institute in New York where she provides
education and career advisory services and counseling to the
students and alumni.
