Visit us at http://www.foxconnect.com/ .   Manager, VOD /EST/ PPV Contract Administration The position will be a key member of the Twentieth Century Fox Digital Contract Administration team, working to support an expanding & dynamic digital business. This position will take responsibility for the timely reading, analysing and independently interpreting contractual obligations and licensing administration for Asia-Pacific (APAC) customers and territories, interfacing with teams across the Home Entertainment organisation . A worldwide digital product footprint, with contract variations for territory and language components, adds a layer of complexity as the business model changes and evolves. Key criteria for success in this position will be to ensure consistent attention to detail and a focus on accurate licensing management to support timely downstream execution of contractual obligations to Fox customers.   RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES   Manage the administration of critical contractual and licensing terms for key customers in APAC territories and, where appropriate, further afield. This will need to be done without supervision, whilst ensuring that contractual obligations are met in a timely manner Ensure timely and accurate creation and tracking of title availability and respective notices for episodic product Monitor rights clearance analysis via internal systems to identify media, territory, and language restrictions for titles included on availability lists Collaborate with relevant internal clients in order to provide input, analysis and key operational observations of contract terms at each stage of the contract lifecycle Ensure that all contractually obligated and necessary notifications are delivered to clients within the strict contractual timelines (including holdback requirements, advertising restrictions, etc.) Direct research qualifying criteria for the inclusion of titles in product offerings Proactively liaise with Licensees to ensure correct selection of MFT , MFV , NTR , library or series volume Manage client request for changes to availability dates with rights clearance team, home entertainment and other divisions Direct research requests to appropriate staff and ensure completion of request Validate that contractual obligations are accurately recorded in Home Entertainment systems Co-ordinate customer requests for additional product licensed outside of contractual obligations Ensure timely issuance of all reporting and research requested by management Adhoc projects: work with management to identify strategic projects that can be implemented to provide value add to the business. Take ownership of additional adhoc projects as assigned by management in line with business initiatives The position requires an extremely capable individual who is motivated, tactful and able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Candidates must also possess the following skills:    

Well versed in digital media and TV distribution contract management, product licensing and windowing An experienced people manager with excellent leadership ability Ability to interpret and analyse complicated licensing agreements Highly organised , extremely detail oriented Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in priority and/or direction easily Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) A strong relationship builder with excellent customer service skills Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision Willingness to take initiative and to identify and develop new opportunities Excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in leading highly efficient teams Flexible – committed to getting the job done and going the extra mile Degree level or equivalent Fluency in APAC regional languages preferred (in addition to English) Experience of working within a larger, multi-national organization Passion and flair for the film industry
