The Christian Broadcasting Network ( CBN ) is seeking an experienced Animation Episodic Director to provide creative input for all phases of the production of assigned episodes, with a focus on pre-production, in order to achieve the overall completion of a CG television episode.  We’re looking for candidates with a passion for CBN’s mission, who have strong children’s television or feature film level storytelling skills and excellent story pacing – particularly in human drama!  The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Extensive working experience and technical knowledge in CGI animation production Strong artistic vision and ability to think creatively Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong ability to collaborate and establish an effective working rapport with others Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to take initiative with strong decision-making skills Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking, Art or other relevant area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
