Job Details, Responsibilities, and Qualifications:

The User Data & Analytics Org is looking for a Sr Manager to join our Business Management team. This position is ideally suited for a business savvy individual looking to leverage their considerable strategy, program management and business operations skills in the internet industry. In this role, you will focus on leading and supporting business operations and program management with responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities:

Support the program leads of the corporate cross-functional User Data & Analytics program, driving execution of cross-functional tracks

Drive development of UDA program strategy, processes and engagement models to ensure optimal program performance

Provide day-to-day project management and business operations support including:

Tracking workstream milestones, status, risks and issues

Managing overall program roadmap

Setting and tracking program KPIs

Facilitating meetings and communications

Tracking resource plans and identifying gaps

Drive communication with key stakeholders to help align on consistent vision and focus across teams

Support UDA leadership team with functional knowledge and advice on program strategy and execution

Manage or support other special projects to execute on key strategies and operating plans
