Our sales department seeks an account coordinator to join our dynamic sales team in our San Francisco office. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing all campaigns, from pre to post-sale, for assigned clients. They will also be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service in order to win new business, and up-sell renewals. The Account Coordinator?s top responsibilities will be: Completion of RFP Responses/ Creating Proposals for review by the sales team; RFP/ Proposal Management; Campaign implementation; Sales Call Preparation and Salesforce Management. The AC will also assist the NYC sales team on related projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience working within a sales environment or in a similar position. That candidate will exhibit thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate must be deadline-oriented, numbers savvy, proactive and manage time well. They should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
