Twentieth Century Fox Worldwide Home Entertainment seeks an exceptional attorney to add to its Legal Affairs team to provide legal support in connection with the digital distribution of film and TV content, with experience to provide a full range of legal service in support of digital home entertainment in global markets across a wide variety of home entertainment platforms and devices. Compensation and title commensurate with experience.
  Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment ( TCFHE ) is the worldwide marketing, sales and distribution company for all Fox film and television programming, acquisitions and original productions on DVD, Blu-ray Disc Digital Copy, Video On Demand and Digital Download. The company also releases all products globally for MGM Home Entertainment. Each year TCFHE introduces hundreds of new and newly enhanced products, which it services to retail outlets from mass merchants and warehouse clubs to specialty stores and e-commerce throughout the world.

-4-8 years relevant transactional experience with a law firm or studio.
-Excellent negotiating and drafting skills.
-Deep knowledge of issues relevant to licensing motion picture and TV content to retail digital delivery ecosystems.
-Understanding of hardware, software, consumer electronics, mobile, online and console game industries, and MVPDs.
-Ability to align strategic business goals and priorities with legal policies and practices.
-Exceptional understanding of EST, Digital HD, and VOD license agreements, including fee structures, windowing sensitivities, Ultra Violet, digital lockers, DRM and other content protection strategies, and digital supply chain.
-Extensive experience in EST and VOD licensing in domestic and international markets.
-Awareness of home entertainment models delivered across internet-based and emerging technologies.
-Experience providing general legal advice to home entertainment executives regarding sales, marketing, strategy, intellectual property, advertising and promotions, tax, and antitrust.
-Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
-The dedication necessary to be a diligent negotiator, drafter and counselor who can translate business objectives into EST, Digital HD and VOD license agreements under tight deadlines.
-Sound judgment, a team-oriented attitude, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
